As part of Klarna's wider rebrand, known as Brand 2.0, I led the complete overhaul of our organic social presence.
This work included not only content strategy, tone of voice, art direction and design but redefining how to use each channel, how campaigns come to life across our owned properties and creating striking, platform relevant always-on content strategies.
Since the rebrand, Klarna's reach is up by 35% impressions by 27% and engagement by 28% (in Q1 2024).
